A Taste festival sensation

Not one, but two, of D&D’s talented chefs bagged silver and bronze for their dishes at the Best in Taste Awards held at food festival Taste of London this week.
Judges loved Skylon executive chef Helena Puolakka’s warm smoked Loch Var salmon, lemon verbena jelly & pickled cucumber served with sweet rye. Meanwhile, Tristan Welch, head chef of Launceston Place, made a rice pudding soufflé with raspberry sauce, which was awarded bronze.
