Konrad Inghelram
Quaglino's was joined Head Chef, Konrad Inghelram in April 2009.
Previously: Originally from Belgium, Konrad's training began in France at the 1* Michelin Au Chapon Fin before returning to his native country where he worked as chef de partie for Filip Bogaert and T'Lauarierblad Au Vigneron, both Michelin 2* restaurants. Having spent time in Australia and travelling around the world as a chef on the QE2, Konrad settled in London 11 years ago.
After stints at several London restaurants including Brasserie Roux, Osia and Windows at the Hilton, he joins Quaglino's fresh from the position as Head Chef at the Georgian in Harrod's, where he was familiar with cooking for large numbers on a regular basis, not to mention the odd A-list celebrity.
Media: Something of a celebrity chef in his homeland, Konrad recently recorded an eight-programme series about Sensual Cooking, which he co-hosted with model and owner of the LoveStyle concept store in Ghent, Tineke van Ghyegham.
Cooking Style: Konrad will be staying true to the Quaglino's philosophy of offering Modern Brasserie food: affordable and democratic, with some luxuries thrown in for people wanting to celebrate in style.
